Our positives of 2020
So what a year!
I expect we will all be really pleased to see the New year in ! Bring on 2021!
Whilst like many other businesses, Covid-19 had a massive impact on our business, we did find many positives;
- We diversified and offered an “Outplacement support service” to companies making redundancies. This proved very successful and we managed to help support 90% of those redundant candidates back into employment
- We were able to provide last minute support to food production companies who were less able to predict orders and so we had to be very responsive to their last minute staffing requests
- We had time to speak to more candidates and were able to represent them in new ways
- We learned lots about new things- Furlough! Social distancing! Mental Health support!
- On a personal note, we got to spend precious quality time with and appreciate immediate loved ones
We are so excited to be rebranding now too!
